By visiting Suvidha, creating an account, or buying anything from us, you engage in our Service and agree to these Terms of Service, together with all policies linked from this page — including the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Pricing & Service Delivery.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use Suvidha.

1Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
• You must give true, current and complete information when you register, and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password and OTP private — we will never ask you for your OTP, PIN or password.
• Tell us immediately at info@suvidha.app if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• One person or one business should hold one account. Duplicate or automated bulk accounts may be suspended.

2Our services

Suvidha provides digital services including hyperlocal business listings and mini-websites, job discovery, letter and RTI drafting tools, photo utilities, and mobile, DTH and utility payments. Some services are free and some are paid.

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time. We may also limit the availability of a service to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction, and we may refuse service to anyone where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

3Pricing, payments and wallet

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise on the Pricing page.
• Prices may change. A price change never applies retrospectively to a period you have already paid for.
• Payments are processed by our authorised payment partner over a secure PCI-DSS compliant connection. We do not store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
• Wallet balance is a non-transferable prepaid service balance for use only on Suvidha. It carries no interest, is not a deposit or banking service, and cannot be cashed out or transferred to another user. Eligible unused top-up balance may be refunded only to the original payment method under our Refund Policy.
• You must have sufficient wallet balance before starting a chargeable request such as a recharge, bill payment or third-party API call.
• Refunds, cancellations and failed-transaction reversals are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4No subscriptions or auto-renewal

Suvidha does not offer recurring subscription plans and never charges automatically. Every paid service is a one-time charge from your wallet, made only when you explicitly confirm it. Time-limited purchases such as featured listing plans simply expire at the end of their period and are never renewed automatically. Current prices are listed on the Pricing page.

5Your content, listings and submissions

You keep ownership of the business details, photos, text and other content you upload. By uploading it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Service.

You confirm that your content is accurate, that you have the right to publish it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may edit, refuse or remove content that breaches these Terms, and we may use feedback and suggestions you send us without any obligation to you.

6Prohibited use

You must not:

• use Suvidha for any unlawful purpose, or to solicit others to take part in unlawful acts;
• upload false, misleading, obscene, defamatory, hateful or infringing content;
• impersonate another person or business, or list a business you are not authorised to represent;
• transmit any virus, worm or other destructive code, or attempt to breach, scan or overload our systems;
• scrape, copy, resell, duplicate or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission;
• use the Service to send spam, or for money laundering or any fraudulent transaction.

Breach of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

7Third-party tools, operators and links

Some features rely on third parties — telecom operators, billers, Meta platforms, mapping and cloud providers, and payment gateways. We give you access to those tools "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, and your use of them is at your own risk. It may also be subject to that third party's own terms.

Suvidha may contain links to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or policies, and a link is not an endorsement. Once you leave Suvidha, this agreement no longer governs you.

8Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep Suvidha accurate, but we do not warrant that information on the site is always complete, current or error-free. Listings are largely supplied by businesses themselves. Material on this site is provided for general information only, and any reliance on it is at your own risk.

Occasionally information may contain a typographical error, inaccuracy or omission relating to a price, description or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors, and to change or update information or cancel an order, at any time and without prior notice.

9Service availability and disclaimer of warranties

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Suvidha is a technology platform. We are not a bank, a government body, a legal adviser or an employer. Drafts generated on Suvidha are formatting aids and do not constitute legal advice.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sevapaal Mandal, its founders, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential loss — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of business — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid to us for the specific service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sevapaal Mandal and its officers, employees and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party arising out of your breach of these Terms, your content, or your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party.

12Suspension and termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or by us. You may terminate by closing your account. We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including liability, indemnity and governing law — will continue to apply.

13Intellectual property

The Suvidha name, logo, design, software and all original content on the platform are owned by Sevapaal Mandal and protected by Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not store, copy, reproduce, adapt, reformat, create derivative works from, transmit, broadcast, publicly display or perform any part of it without our written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

14Changes to these Terms

We may update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting the updated version on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of Suvidha after any change constitutes acceptance of that change. The version shown here is always the current one.

15Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall still be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. These Terms, together with the policies linked from this page, form the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any earlier understanding.

16Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

17Grievance officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, the name and contact details of our Grievance Officer are published below. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receipt.
