How do I check my refund status?
Sign in and open Account → Transactions. Every refund request appears there with its current status. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
Do you have any subscription plans?
No. Suvidha has no subscription or auto-renewal. Paid services are one-time charges from your wallet, made only when you confirm a service. See the Pricing page for the full list.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Account → Settings → Delete My Account, or email us from your registered address with the subject "Data Deletion Request". See the User Data Policy.
My listing shows the wrong details
Sign in and edit your listing from the business dashboard. If you cannot access it, email us with your business name and pincode and we will correct it for you.
