Suvidha.App is a hyperlocal platform built for small shops, gig workers and families in India.
Our goal is simple: to create digital tools that anyone can use without any training. Shopkeepers can create free mini-websites for their businesses and hire staff, workers can create digital resumes and anyone can find local businesses for their daily needs
Operated by Sevapaal Mandal — a registered Indian entity based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Where it began
Suvidha began with one belief — a good resume should not be a luxury. We put a professional Resume Builder in the hands of job seekers at a price almost anyone could afford.

Small shopkeepers joined us with a free mini-website, and local businesses could list themselves live — no cost, no paperwork, no technical skill.

Letters and RTI applications, drafted free in the correct official format and dispatched by Speed Post — the entire errand finished from home.

Businesses could hire staff directly, while candidates published their resume free and found work close to home.

Photo Manager arrived — for removing duplicate photos, organising a cluttered gallery and translating text straight from an image.
The same year, a resume could be Aadhaar‑verified — so an employer sees a profile they can trust.

Customers could now search shops and businesses in their own pincode and reach them straight on WhatsApp — discovery became genuinely local.

An AI assistant on the counter
We handed shopkeepers a QR standee. Customers scan it and ask — and the shopkeeper trains their own AI on what the shop actually stocks, so answers keep coming even when the counter is busy.

A sharper AI, and a wider reach
The assistant became far better at presenting a business at its best. We added a student portal, and businesses could now advertise inside search results.
