1Service delivery timelines
Suvidha does not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no courier or shipping charges. Letters and RTI applications sent by Speed Post are dispatched through India Post on your behalf as part of the service.

If a payment succeeds but the service does not activate within the timeline above, our system retries automatically. If it is still unresolved after 24 hours, contact us with your Order ID or Transaction ID — we will complete the service or refund the amount under the Refund Policy.
Billing details you should know
What is included in the price?
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). There are no hidden charges, setup fees or platform fees. The amount shown before you confirm a service is the amount that will be debited from your wallet.
How do I pay?
Every paid service is paid from your Suvidha wallet. Add money from Account → Add Money — payments are collected through our authorised payment partner, Cashfree Payments, over a secure PCI-DSS compliant connection. Suvidha never sees or stores your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
Is there any subscription or auto-renewal?
No. Suvidha has no subscription plans. Featured listing plans are one-time 30-day purchases — they simply expire and are never auto-renewed. Your wallet is charged only when you explicitly confirm a service.
How do refunds work?
A cancelled RTI order is refunded to your wallet. A failed recharge is automatically reversed to your wallet. Unused paid wallet balance of ₹500 or more can be refunded to the original payment method. Full terms are on the Refund Policy page.
